Sedona Yoga Festival returns to Sedona, AZ, Oct 1 to 4, 2026. Froligo tracks ticket prices, camping, attendee feedback and travel details.
What it stands for
The festival frames itself as 'a consciousness evolution conference' committed to consciousness evolution, community and inclusion, curating presenters for authenticity and welcoming practitioners of every age, body type and experience level ('Yoga For ALL'). It honors tradition while welcoming innovation, partners with nonprofits, and runs a donation-matched scholarship fund to widen access; roughly two thirds of attendees are described as experienced yoga and wellness professionals
The experience
What's special
A four-day consciousness evolution conference held each autumn at the Outbound Sedona resort, set among the red rocks and vortexes of Sedona, Arizona. Marketed as more than a yoga festival, it blends more than 150 sessions of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, pranayama and philosophy with keynotes, sound baths, kirtan and live music, a juried conscious-vendor expo, and on-the-land excursions and hikes in the Coconino National Forest. The 2026 program spans studio ballrooms at the resort and Village Yoga Sedona alongside sessions out on the land
What people love
Public reviews point to the striking red-rock setting, the intentionality of the organizers, and the community and craft vendors; the festival's Google listing shows a 4.3 rating

The practice
all levels and ages. Designed for all levels and ages, from complete beginners to seasoned teachers, with participants said to range from about 6 to 90. Intensity varies widely by session: accessible chair yoga, restorative and therapeutic yoga and meditation sit alongside vigorous Rocket Vinyasa, Ashtanga, hip-opening and splits work, plus outdoor hikes on red-rock terrain
Slower, foundational postures held breath by breath. The classic starting point.
Flowing sequences that link breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.
A faster, playful remix of Ashtanga. Strong, sweaty and inversion friendly.
A set sequence practiced with breath, gaze and posture working together. Disciplined and physical.
Breathwork, chanting and repeated movements aimed at energy and focus more than a workout.
Long, passive floor holds that reach deep tissue. Slow, quiet and meditative.
Fully supported poses with props, built for rest and recovery rather than effort.
Guided lying-down meditation on the edge of sleep. No movement at all.
A Hatha-based method organized around imagery, measurement and props.
Poses adapted to a chair, accessible whatever your mobility.
Partner work blending yoga and acrobatics. Expect to fly, base and spot.
Slow, exploratory movement focused on how it feels rather than how it looks.
Vinyasa at half speed, with more time in each pose.
