Entry to the Pavilion is available directly from the Millennium Garage on floor 4. Prepay via Millennium Garages (self-park facility under the park). Millennium Park Garage has four vehicle entrances Columbus Drive, Michigan Ave, Randolph St (closest to the Pavilion), and Monroe St. Festival is free and outdoors in a public park, so there is no festival-specific parking pass or lot this is standard downtown Chicago garage parking, not a festival-managed system
