What it stands for
The festival's own line is Find Your Rhythm, and it describes itself as celebrating healing, arts and music through community and as blending music, visual art and what it calls accessible wellness experiences in a relaxed, welcoming environment. It says its intention is to keep offerings accessible and beginner friendly while providing depth for people with an existing practice, and it invites guests to take part in as much or as little as feels aligned to them. Those are the organizer's descriptions of the festival's character and are quoted as such
The experience
What's special
A two day outdoor festival at Friendship Park in Abingdon, Maryland, that puts a full music bill and a full wellness schedule side by side. Friday evening is a single four hour music session: a songwriter circle hosted by Will Sims, then three sets closing with Cat Bone & The Charm City Sinners. Saturday starts before the gates with two hours of yoga in kids and adult blocks, then opens at noon for nine hours of music across eight acts, four timed wellness experiences, five workshops and two kids art workshops, all on open park ground with art installations and a vendor village

The practice
accessible and beginner friendly. The FAQ says the intention is to offer accessible, beginner friendly experiences while also providing depth for those with an existing wellness or creative practice, and that guests may take part in as much or as little as feels aligned. Yoga is split into kids and adult blocks; no individual session carries a level label and no lineage is named for any yoga class

Accessibility & comfort
What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.
Read the home, tickets, schedule, line up, lodging, FAQ and purchase policy pages. There is a bag policy, a prohibited items list, a pet policy and seating guidance, but no accessibility, mobility, sensory or medical provision is described anywhere
Confirm your specific needs with the organiser's access team before you travel.

What it costs

What to bring
A full weekend of practice is easier with your own kit. What earns its place in the bag:
Your own matRentals sell out and shared mats are thin. Bring a grippy, cushioned mat you trust for a full weekend of practice.

Teachers & presenters
Thirteen named facilitators, taken from the festival's own schedule page as captured on September 5, 2026, with the studio or project each is billed alongside. Musicians are held separately in music_lineup. Pitz Quattrone appears in both because he leads the Didgeridoo Workshop and plays a Saturday set
Plus the rest of the 24+ teachers, practitioners and speakers across the weekend.
Vendor village
Food trucks, beverage vendors, local makers and artists trade across both days, and the festival runs open applications for vendors, food trucks, artists, performers and wellness practitioners. No individual vendor is named on any page captured
