Orlando Yoga Festival returns to Lake Eola Park, Orlando, FL, Nov 1, 2026. Froligo tracks free-entry details, attendee feedback and travel details.

What it stands for

The organisers invite the Greater Orlando community to a day of serenity, wellness and community, describing a celebration of holistic health, peace and connection against the backdrop of Lake Eola Park. Heartfulness is a non-profit and says sponsorship funds free wellness workshops and meditation programmes through the year, extended to underprivileged groups. The event runs a strict substance free policy: no alcohol, marijuana including medical marijuana, illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping or other controlled substances, and a sound policy that bars loud or amplified music at booths so the day stays calm and meditative

The experience

What's special

A free one day yoga and wellness festival on the North East Lawn of Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando, run by the Heartfulness Institute. The day runs 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and combines all day yoga sessions with Heartfulness meditation, health and wellness workshops, holistic healing and therapies, a marketplace of wellness and holistic health exhibitors, organic food and drink vendors, kids activities and an Artist Corner where families paint on canvas and in sand. It shares the park that morning with the Orlando Farmers Market

Programme

No 2026 class grid, teacher list or timetable has been published. The programme entries recorded here are the organiser's own headline descriptions of what the day contains, not a schedule. The site's own event guide page carries programme items from a previous edition, including a Journey through Chakras every 30 minutes at a Heartfulness Experience Center and a Yoga Challenge, and those are deliberately excluded because they cannot be tied to 2026

8 sessions across the weekend. Open any strand.

Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability accessThe festival publishes no accessibility statement of any kind. There is no accessibility, FAQ or plan your visit page on the event site; the only subpages are Vendors, Sponsors and the vendor packet, and none of them mention access, ADA, wheelchairs, accessible parking or accessible toilets. What the organiser does publish is the exact footprint: the vendor packet places the event on the North East Lawn of Lake Eola Park, near the Union Sculpture. That means practice and the vendor marketplace sit on grass, not on the paved lakeside sidewalk and not in the Walt Disney Amphitheater, so a mat on turf is what to expect and a wheelchair or walker user should plan for a grass crossing from any paved path. Separately, the City of Orlando, which owns the park, lists Lake Eola Park in its own park directory with the features Disabled Accessible, Restroom Facilities, On Street Parking and Walking Path (Paved), and describes a sidewalk that circles the lake for 0.9 miles; that is the city's description of the park as a whole, not the festival's statement about its event site, and it does not tell you how far the accessible parking or the accessible toilets are from the North East Lawn. Admission is free and the event runs 9am to 3pm, so no companion or carer ticket policy arises, but none is published either. Nothing is published on accessible drop off, step free access onto the lawn, chair yoga or adaptive sessions, teacher modifications, quiet or low sensory space, or interpretation. Anyone who needs certainty should ask the organiser before travelling
Shade & heatAn open lakefront lawn in downtown Orlando in November. The organiser tells vendors that shade for table spaces cannot be guaranteed and encourages them to book a tent space instead, which is the only shade guidance published anywhere on the event's pages
AgesAll ages. The Eventbrite listing marks the event all ages and the organiser describes it as a fun filled day for all ages
ChildrenKids activities run through the day, and the Artist Corner with Wonder Arte offers canvas and sand painting for families

Checked the official event page and every subpage linked from it (vendors, sponsors, vendor packet), probed /accessibility/, /faq/ and /info/ on the event path (all 404), checked the heartfulness.us sitemap for further Orlando pages (none), and checked the City of Orlando's own Lake Eola Park directory page. Also ran web searches for the festival plus accessibility and for Lake Eola accessibility. The City of Orlando event page surfaced by search (orlando.gov/Events/Yoga-Fest) now returns 404. No accessibility information is published by the organiser. Contact route to ask: [email protected] or (321) 348-7536, both published in the site footer and in the vendor packet; the vendor packet also gives [email protected]
