By car
Most people drive to Simi Valley Hispanic Heritage Festival. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
The Ventura County Line stops at both Burbank Airport-North station (a short walk/free shuttle from the BUR terminal) and Simi Valley station, so fly-in attendees at Burbank can ride a single train to Simi Valley, then take a short rideshare or local bus to the Cultural Arts Center (~2 mi from the station)
Book / info →By bus & public transit
Simi Valley Transit local buses connect the Simi Valley Metrolink station and the city, including stops near the Los Angeles Ave corridor where the Cultural Arts Center sits. Pair with the Metrolink leg above for a car-free trip from Burbank
Book / info →Taxi & rideshare
Standard LA-metro taxi/rideshare from Burbank (BUR) or LAX. From BUR the Cultural Arts Center is about 30 miles via CA-118; from LAX it is a longer freeway run
Book / info →Taxis and rideshare such as Uber and Lyft can be limited near the venue, especially late at night or in rural areas. Agree a pickup point and time in advance and keep a backup plan.
🅿 Parking
Cost free-admission city festival.
🚙 Car hire
Compare car hire
A car suits many fly-in attendees given Simi Valley's spread-out suburban layout, though the Metrolink Ventura County Line offers a genuine car-free option from Burbank. Rental brands operate at BUR and LAX

Simi Valley and the wider Conejo/Ventura County area have a steady short-term-rental market. A free one-day festival is not itself a rate driver; availability tracks general LA-metro-fringe demand

Four accessible parking spaces are provided at the Cultural Arts Center via the northern entrance on Los Angeles Ave; all other parking is in four designated event day lots plus limited street parking, and standard parking at the Center is unavailable that day.
Ridesharing and drop off are encouraged because parking is limited. The organiser publishes no terrain or surface description, no accessible toilet or viewing detail, and no companion ticket policy, and the event is free and single site with no shuttle and no camping.
For the building itself the venue, the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, states its facility is ADA compliant with accessible seating, restrooms and parking, that there is an outdoor ramp to the Lower Box Office and another access point to the Main Lobby upstairs, that assistive listening devices are available on request from the house manager in exchange for holding your ID, and that service animals are welcome.
The venue asks guests with specific accessibility needs to contact it in advance on the Box Office line 805-583-7900
