Rates can spike on peak beach days. Prepay via ParkMobile (used by the City of Redondo Beach for the Pier/Plaza structures and metered harbor lots pay-by-app, not a festival-specific prepay portal). Because on-site parking is so limited, the festival steers attendees to rideshare and cycling. Official rideshare drop-off/pickup is the Dive N' Surf lot at 504 N Broadway (~5-min walk to the main entrance). Two free bike valets operate, one at the north end and one at the south end of the festival grounds
