Per the festival's own official parking page (escapehalloween.com/travel/parking/): General Parking is free in multiple lots surrounding the venue (Green/Blue/Pink lots open 1:30pm, others 2:30pm); Premier Parking is available at the Pink Lot directly outside the entrance and requires advance FrontGate purchase. Parking is explicitly 'at the vehicle owner's risk.' RVs, cargo vehicles, box trucks, panel/sprinter/camper vans are prohibited in festival lots; tailgating/camping/sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited; vehicles must leave each night or face towing at owner's expense. Street parking in surrounding residential areas is a designated tow-away zone

Escape Halloween has a full accessibility guide, and the terrain answer is unusually favourable: the event is held on concrete and asphalt terrain, with accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, vendors and all other activity areas.

Guests must navigate between stages on their own or with a companion because the festival offers no transportation between stages, and provides no wheelchair or scooter rentals. A limited number of accessible parking spots are available onsite first come first served, requiring a valid state issued handicap placard, permit or plate with the holder present in the vehicle.
Rideshare users should tell attendants they need dropping in the accessible parking area. There is an accessible entry lane at the entrance for guests with disabilities and up to one companion. The Accessibility Services Hub, through the entrance on the left after the bar and before the Passport Lounge, issues a free accessibility wristband; there is no accessibility ticket and no pre-registration.
One companion wristband is issued per guest with a disability and can be swapped by returning the original. Accessible viewing areas are provided at designated stages for a guest and one companion, are non smoking, first come first served, with spots released if a guest is absent more than 30 minutes and companions asked to stand at the back at capacity.
Mobility device charging is at the Hub on a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit. Offsite accessible shuttles are referred to the shuttle operator's own contact form rather than described. No quiet or sensory space is listed
Escape Halloween accepts Effective Communication requests covering ASL interpretation and other services such as live captioning, large format print or braille literature, guided tours for guests with visual disabilities and assistive listening devices.
Requests should be made no later than 30 days before the event, with a stated cutoff of September 30, 2026, after which fulfilment is not guaranteed. Requests go through an Effective Communication Request Form and you check in at the Accessibility Services Hub on arrival to be connected with the interpreting team
