Once in Newport, this festival is multi-venue and spread along the Bellevue Avenue mansion corridor as well as downtown RIPTA's free seasonal Route 67 'Hop-On Hop-Off' trolley (May 22-Oct 31, 2026, covering the festival's July 2-19 window) runs the Bellevue Avenue/Salve Regina University loop connecting several of the festival's own mansion venues (The Breakers, Rosecliff are on/near this corridor) plus a $5 parking discount voucher at the Gateway Center lot
