The festival's own site notes several east-side RTS routes also reach the East End directly (see myRTS.com's map) and flags that minor route detours can occur during the festival due to street closures

The Hyatt Regency Rochester (125 East Main Street) is RIJF's official festival hotel AND itself hosts the official nightly Squeezer's Jam Sessions (a Club Pass venue), so its own complimentary shuttle to/from ROC airport effectively functions as an airport-to-festival-doorstep shuttle for guests staying there, a genuine documented case, not a proximity workaround, since the shuttle destination is a festival venue itself

No on site parking. Use nearby lots or transit. Cost $2-$12 depending on garage and day; most East End garages run roughly $2/hr with a $10 daily max, some with $6-12 weekend special-event rates. The Festival does not operate its own parking, all venues sit within the walkable East End Cultural and Entertainment District, so the official guidance is to park once and walk everywhere. Official page lists specific garages/lots with posted rates: East End Garage (475 Main St. East, 24/7, $2 first hr/$2 each additional hr up to $10 max, card-only at exit), Midtown Garage (event rate $7, entrances on S Clinton Ave/Court St/E Broad St), Court Street Garage and Washington Square Garage (both $2/half-hr, $2/2/6/8 tiered, $10 daily min, $12 weekend special-event rate, operated by LAZ Parking), South Avenue Garage (39 Stone St, $2 first 2 hrs/$2 each additional hr, $10 daily max, $6 weekends, free for Jam Sessions attendees 10:30pm-2am courtesy of the City of Rochester), and Sister Cities Garage (28 N. Fitzhugh St, free Saturdays unless a special event, $7 cash then; closed Sundays). On-street metered parking runs 8am-6pm weekdays only, free evenings/weekends. The official page also warns many lots are private/patrons-only and will tow, and that the St. Joe's Garage closes entrances at 4pm and exits at 10pm during the festival, plus closes entirely on weekends
