By car
Most people drive to PYGMALION. The nearest major airport is CMI, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
the nearest stop (Savoy Walmart) requires a taxi/rideshare/walk first, then onward MTD routes reach campus and the Krannert Center/downtown Urbana festival district cheaply. Once in Champaign-Urbana, PYGMALION's own FAQ recommends MTD for getting between venues during the festival itself

Taxis/limo services wait at or can be called to the terminal; Uber/Lyft also operate locally. This is the practical default given the 2015 loss of direct airport bus service, for the ~10-15 min trip to the Krannert Center/downtown Urbana venue cluster

The festival's own FAQ points attendees to metered street parking ('Mobile Meter') near venues and general availability in the Krannert Center district and downtown Urbana; a Canopy-Club-specific tip (from a local culture-magazine event guide, not the festival's own site) notes free parking is available across the street in the Krannert Center parking garage after 5pm. The festival's official recommendation is to use MTD transit rather than drive.

PYGMALION is a multi venue festival spread across Urbana and Champaign, and accessibility varies sharply by venue, so check which venue your show is at. The festival itself publishes only an FAQ answer inviting guests with mobility needs to email [email protected] before the event to discuss accommodations; it publishes no accessible parking, toilet, viewing or companion ticket policy of its own, and there is no festival shuttle between venues, with the organiser pointing instead to Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District and to metered parking around the Krannert Center district and Downtown Urbana.

The main venue, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at 500 S. Goodwin Ave, Urbana, publishes a full accessibility page and the following is its policy. All four Krannert parking garages give elevator access to any level of the building, one van only accessible parking spot is in the Yellow garage off Illinois Street, and street level accessible entrances are on the north side off Illinois Street and the south side off Oregon Street, with a ramp on the south side from the sidewalk to the main lobby.
Every theatre there has designated wheelchair accessible seating and companion seating, plus easy access seats needing few or no stairs, bookable online or through the Ticket Office on 217.333.6280. Patron Services staff escort patrons from the lobby or parking garages to their seats and can provide a wheelchair for that journey, requested on 217.333.9716 or by the garage intercom from one hour before performances.
Krannert asks for at least two weeks notice for any accommodation. Note that PYGMALION performances at Krannert are first come, first served general admission seating. The other named venues, The Lake House in Crystal Lake Park, Gallery Art Bar and Rose Bowl Tavern, publish no accessibility information for performances; Rose Bowl Tavern and Gallery Art Bar are 18 and over
ASL is available at the Krannert Center venue only, not festival wide. Krannert states that large print programs, Braille programs or an ASL interpreter are available for any performance with two weeks notice, requested through Patron Services on 217.333.9716 or its contact form.
Krannert also offers an assisted listening system in all four theatres and the lobby with free headsets, available from the Patron Services desk or via patronservices [at] krannertcenter.illinois.edu. The festival organiser publishes no ASL provision for its other venues
